Ingredients:
For the crust
1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
For the topping
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
Fresh berries, sliced strawberries, kiwi, peaches, etc.
Optional glaze
Warm apricot preserves or apple jelly thinned with a little water
Instructions:
Pre-bake the crust
- Roll pizza dough into a 12-14″ circle.
- Brush lightly with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake at 425°F until golden brown, about 10-14 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
Tip: Dock the dough with a fork before baking so it doesn’t puff excessively.

- Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla
- Spread over cooled crust
